WB Pouch software is designed to assist you in programming your new keyboard. The software allows you to create useful shortcuts, add emoji keys, create custom hot keys for specific software (ex. Zoom, Final Cut Pro), and adjust keyboard backlighting effects (on certain models). Updates and Firmware changes and much more! Dedicated keys can be assigned as 1) macro, 2) shortcut, 3) emoji, or 4) multimedia key.

This keyboard is everything I ever wanted. Keys are responsive and make typing addicting. I've written more words in the past seven days I've had this keyboard than I did in the previous three weeks before it. I also love its sleek look.

I bought the keyboard with a promo coupon and am happy with the quality and price I paid. I'm using it between work and home, since it's portable enough to take with me. I like the feel of the Cherry reds and the fact I can use the keyboard wirelessly. At home I use the media wheel quite a bit to listen to music and watch YouTube. I also like the appearance of the keyboard on my desk. It doesn't take up too much room and the design is pretty unique. So far so good with Ginkgo.
I bought this keyboard because I was intrigued by the media wheel. It works really well and I now use it quite a bit when I'm listening to music as I type and watch videos. I think it's something I would now miss quite a bit if it was gone! Really convenient. The keyboard itself is very nice -- lots of features and I love the wireless mode. I give it five stars.
I love how compact this keyboard is, but I wish I'd looked more closely before buying, since there is one detail that will this keyboard much harder to use; possibly useless. The Escape key is a weird hybrid of the backtick ` (fn+esc) and ~ (fn+shift+Esc) as well. This means to get a ~, you need to hit fn+shift+escape, which is very annoying. Backticks and ~ are used all the time in UNIX shells and some programming languages, so this seems like possibly a dealbreaker if you're a programmer. Another option is remapping Caps Lock to Escape, though I was already using a custom mapping for Caps Lock.
Other than that, after a few minutes of use, the build quality seems high. I like the dual cable / replaceable batteries design. The media wheel seems like it would be more useful as a scrollbar than a volume control, but there's probably a way to script that.
